From Alison:Richard (you think of him as Rich!) and I are still happily married--we celebrate 40 years in 2009, too. We are thrilled to have become grandparents six months ago. Eva Irene (and her parents, Kiran and Alex Wimberly) live in Belfast, N. Ireland where they are both Presbyterian ministers. Our oldest, Amalie and her husband Jon have recently moved in with us, to save on rent and get ready to buy a home in a year or two. Our son Simon is in the Marine Corps, stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA, so far, out of harm's way.
Richard loves his work teaching seminary students.
I have recently made a career change, after 15 years in the Early Childhood Education field. I have my own business creating stitchery art from photographs. It is such a delight to be full-time in a creative pursuit. Not making money at it, but at least there are tax deductions...
I haven't been to Bend in three or four years, so I'm really looking forward to the lovely Central Oregon air. Richard is sorry to miss out on the reunion with old friends.

From Jerri:Would love to get reconnected with my classmates from '69. I made it to the 20th class reunion and that's been it. We live in Alaska so it doesn't always work out to be in the Bend area at the time of the reunions. Enjoyed looking through the pictures of this last reunion and the memorial video was just beautiful.

From Billy: I haven't been very good at keeping in contact with anyone since I left there even tho I thought of my friends and times in Bend many times over the years. I was shocked and delighted to get the invite to the 40th reunion. I've lived in the Gresham/Troutdale area since leaving Bend. I am retired and have one daughter, two granddaughters.
